In-app deletion (recommended)
- Open the Kichitto app
- Go to Settings > Account
- Tap Delete account and confirm
Your account, OAuth tokens, usage logs, and all server-side data will be deleted within 30 days (excluding routine backups, which expire on their own schedule).
What happens to your receipts?
Receipt images and the spreadsheet are stored only in your own Google Drive. They are not deleted automatically — you control them through your Google account.
Email request
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the address registered with your account. We will verify and process the deletion within 30 days.
Subscription cancellation
Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store / Google Play subscription. See Refund Policy for cancellation steps.
