Refund Policy

1. Refunds are handled by the platform

Kichitto's paid plans (Light / Pro) are sold via Apple App Store and Google Play in-app purchases. We cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted to the platform where the purchase was made.

2. iOS (App Store) refund requests

  • Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Sign in with your Apple ID
  • Select the relevant purchase and choose "Request a refund"
  • Apple decides whether the refund is granted (we have no control over this decision)

3. Android (Google Play) refund requests

  • See Google Play refund policy
  • Within 48 hours of purchase, refunds can be requested directly through Google Play
  • After 48 hours, contacting the developer is suggested, but the final decision rests with Google

4. Cancelling auto-renewing subscriptions

Cancel through the platform settings. After cancellation, service continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Kichitto > Cancel
  • Android: Google Play > Account > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Kichitto > Cancel
